I love seeing Mary. She has been a wonderful therapist and really addresses the areas I need. She listens to what I say, and if something needs to be changed or addressed during the massage, she is very flexible and able to do so. She also makes great suggestions!

Mary offered a healing atmosphere. I have a dance and movement background, and she was able to go deep in problem areas like my shoulders and lower back. Mary is knowledgeable and I felt I was in capable (and strong!) hands. I was specific about my areas of pain and she was responsive and able to focus in. Whether working through an injury and chronic pain or just relaxing and giving yourself a treat, you are in safe and capable hands with Mary!!
I am a runner and depending on the training - hills, sprints, or distance - different parts of the legs are typically sore. Mary has deep knowledge of the musculature and is able to lower the inflammation and get the circulation back. I also love the fact that I am not pressured into purchasing a monthly contract, and her practice is more relaxing than something like Massage Envy. Her massages last the full 60 min and do not end at 50 min as in the chain franchises.
